The B8M149AE feed and housing allows use of a new style Montblanc 149 fountain pen nib in pens that use a Bock 380 (#8) converter nib assemblies.

Montblanc 149 nib and feed not included. Not recommended for the Montblanc 149 Special Edition with the 18k flex nib. An upcoming product will be created for that specific nib.
Choosing the correct product for your Montblanc 149 nib and feed
In the photo below, the old style Montblanc 149 nib and feed is on the left, and the new style on the right. The B8M149AE fits the new style on the right side, no product is currently available for the old style on the left. The nib on the left will not fit this feed and housing.
Installation Instructions
You will need a tool to remove the nib from your Montblanc 149 pen. You can purchase this tool from several sources. Be sure to select the nib removal tool for the 2014 and later 149 pens, as the tool for the pre-2014 pens will not work. After unscrewing the nib assembly, you will need to remove the nib and feed using a nib block, punch, and hammer. When you have the nib removed, place the nib on top of the feed, align the slit on the nib with the slit on the feed. The tip of the nib should be about 4mm from the tip of the feed for best performance, though some variation is permitted. Push the nib and feed into the housing until the end of the feed is even with the converter nipple of the housing. Screw into your pen that accepts Bock 380 nib assemblies, ink as normal, and enjoy.
