All products may be returned unconditionally for a full refund in the first 30 days after receipt of the products. All products carry a one-year replacement warranty.
Design fees for custom-made products are not refundable. The 30-day unconditional return policy and one-year warranty apply to all custom-made products.
Orders
Please use our Shop to order products from Flexible Nib Factory LLC. If, for some reason, you are unable to use our website, please contact us for support. In most cases, we can input a manual order via PayPal Invoice for you. We will need to know where you are in the world to properly charge for shipping.
Volume pricing is available for pen manufacturers. Please contact us with your requirements.
We are required to charge sales taxes for all customers located in Texas. The rate is 8.25%. If you are located in Texas and are reselling our products, please provide a sales tax exemption form to avoid paying sales taxes on products being resold.
Shipping
We ship worldwide except to countries that are embargoed by the US government.
For the USA, we have two rates, 2nd Day One Rate by FedEx for $9.70, USPS First Class Mail (2-4 days depending on location) that is cost + $0.50, and USPS Priority Mail Small Box Fixed Rate at cost + $0.50.
Everywhere else in the world is cost + $0.50 by DHL Worldwide Express service, 2 days to Canada, 3-4 days to Europe, 4 days to Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Australia. DHL requires a phone number and email address; please enter when ordering.
We also offer USPS Priority Mail International at cost + $0.50. We no longer offer USPS First Class International due to the large number of missing packages.
Other services for overseas shipment, such as FedEx or UPS, are available. Contact us for details. We will need your city, country, and postal code for a quote.
International Orders
Duties, tariffs, VAT/GST, and all other import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not undervalue shipments. Please don’t ask.
Payment
We accept PayPal and most credit cards. If you are outside the USA, it may be necessary to inform your credit card company that you are planning to make purchases in the USA in order to prevent your card provider from denying the charge. Please contact us in advance for any other payment method.
