First JoWo #6 feed prototypes
These JoWo #6 feed prototypes in clear acrylic are dimensionally correct but still need some surface finish work. Working now on housings for these feeds.
Pelikan feeds/collars ready for production
I’ll have Pelikan M2xx / M4xx / M6xx / M7xx feeds and collars for sale shortly, in red and black ebonite, and in clear acrylic, as shown below.

Feeds and collars for Pelikan M200/M400 pens are ready for testing.
Feed prototypes
I’ve been very busy of late debugging g-code to make feeds. Here are a few samples, among them JoWo #6, Pelikan M200, Pelikan 400 and a few oddballs just to test the g-code generation. Materials are black Nikko ebonite and clear cast acrylic.

First parts on the Mazak QTU-200MSY
My new Mazak QTU-200MSY is now nearly fully tooled and ready to make parts. The ATS bar feeder installation is now functional, though I’m waiting for a correctly fitting spindle liner. In this photo, I’m using the tool eye to touch off (find tool offsets) for a Becker CCMT polycrystalline diamond insert.
Here’s the very first part (other than test cuts during installation) that I’ve made, a JoWo #6 nib housing. This part was turned from a Mazatrol program, below.
